We’ve been awarded the Gold Trusted Service Award 2018 from Feefo – an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering an exceptional customer service experience, rated by our genuine customers.
In order to win this coveted award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 2017, with an average Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0 – the highest score available.
Our happy customers have rated our bespoke insurance cover and financial service advice with an average score of over 4.5 out of 5.
What are the Feefo Trusted Service Awards?
Created by Feefo, Trusted Service status is only awarded to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews from their customers. Those that meet the high standard – based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating – are awarded this badge of honour.
